        PeerPop tickets are digital and include a unique QR code for entry. You can:

        * Access tickets through your PeerPop account

        * Receive tickets via email and text

        * Show QR code at event for scanning

      <Accordion title="Is PeerPop available on all devices?">
        Yes! PeerPop is available on all devices via the web (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)

        We also have a IOS app for ticket scanners.

        Be on the lookout for a full IOS app soon!

      <Accordion title="How do I get a refund?">
        Refund policies vary between event organizers who use PeerPop.

        Please contact the creator of the event on the event page in order to request a refund on your tickets.

        <Note> Per our terms of service, all service fees are non-refundable. </Note>

      <Accordion title="Is my money secure on PeerPop?">
        All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. PeerPop uses Stripe's infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with PeerPop's or Stripe's primary services including our API and website.

        Getting started as a promoter is easy:

        1. Create a PeerPop account

        2. Find an event you want to promote

        3. Click **Start Earning** on the event page with a reward offer

        5. Start sharing with your friends or on social media to start earning rewards

        1. Verify your financial information with Stripe.

        2. Connect your payout method (bank account/debit card)

        5. Choose standard (1-3 days) or instant transfer (deposit to your bank account)

        For paid events, we charge a service fee to attendees in order to cover our costs:
