## Sending Mass Emails

<Steps>
  <Step title="Custom email domain (optional)">
    By default, mass emails go out from a **PeerPop address** (for example, `you@peerpop.io`). That works for every organizer—no setup required.

    If you connect **your own domain**, recipients see mail from **your brand** (for example, `you@yourbrand.com`) instead. You add your domain once in Settings, copy a few DNS records from PeerPop into your domain host, and wait for verification (sometimes up to a day).

    Until the domain shows **Verified**, sends still use the PeerPop address so nothing breaks mid-campaign.
