Order Management

View and manage all ticket sales for your event. Each order displays:

  • Customer name
  • Ticket type
  • Price paid
  • Order date
  • Status (Delivered/Scanned)

Orders are automatically sorted by date, with most recent orders appearing first.

Search & Filter Orders

Search for specific orders in the search bar by clicking the Search icon and entering any of the following:

  • Customer name
  • Order ID
  • Ticket type
  • Date range
  • Status

Processing Refunds

Refunds can only be processed for orders within the last 60 days. Contact support for older orders.

Initiate Refund

  1. Locate the order
  2. Click “Refund” button
  3. Select refund type:
    • Full refund
    • Partial refund

Confirm Details

Review refund information:

  • Refund amount
  • Processing fees
  • Customer notification

Complete Refund

  • Confirm refund
  • Automatic customer notification
  • Order status updates
  • Refund processes in 5-7 business days

Export Options

You can export orders, customer data, and refund reports in CSV format.
