How do PeerPop tickets work?
PeerPop tickets are digital and include a unique QR code for entry. You can:
Access tickets through your PeerPop account
Receive tickets via email and text
Show QR code at event for scanning
Is PeerPop available on all devices?
Yes! PeerPop is available on all devices via the web (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.)We also have a IOS app for ticket scanners.Be on the lookout for a full IOS app soon!
How do I get a refund?
Refund policies vary between event organizers who use PeerPop.Please contact the creator of the event on the event page in order to request a refund on your tickets.Contact us at support@peerpop.io if you have any questions or are unable to reach the event creator.
Per our terms of service, all service fees are non-refundable.
Is my money secure on PeerPop?
All card numbers are encrypted at rest with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. PeerPop uses Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in a separate hosting environment, and doesn’t share any credentials with PeerPop’s or Stripe’s primary services including our API and website.

How can I receive payouts for promoting on PeerPop?
This is only for commission based promotions.Earning payouts is straightforward:
Verify your financial information with Stripe.
Connect your payout method (bank account/debit card)
Earn commission through promotion
Cash out through your wallet
Choose standard (1-3 days) or instant transfer (deposit to your bank account)
