Product events let you sell products for pickup (via ticket) or shipping.

Creating a product event

Start an event

Go to Throw Event and select Product Event

Add fulfillment details

Add information about pickup and/or shipping (where and when for pickup; shipping options if offered)

Create products

Create your products and set quantity per size for each

Submit

Submit to publish your product event

Managing a product event

  1. Go to Manage Event and select the product event.
  2. The layout matches the usual manage-event page, but Ticket types are replaced with Product types — use the same workflow to edit products, quantities, and sizes.

Pickup

When a customer chooses pickup:
  • They receive a ticket for their order.
  • The ticket includes the pickup instructions you set (where and when to pick up).

Shipping

When a customer chooses shipping:
  • They pay a shipping rate based on their location.
  • PeerPop provides you with CSV files containing all data needed to create labels via a third-party shipping provider.
  • Toggle between viewing all orders or only new orders since your last download. This way each CSV you export stays up to date and free of duplicates.
  • Exported CSVs match Shippo’s upload format. Import your PeerPop orders into Shippo and generate shipping labels there.
