Event Settings

Changes are saved automatically as you edit. Toggle your event to “Draft” mode if you want to make multiple changes without affecting the live event.

Basic Information

Event Details

Update core event information:
  • Event title
  • Description (or use AI generator)
  • Categories & tags

Date & Time

Manage event schedule:
  • Start date & time
  • End date & time
  • Timezone

Location

Set event location:
  • Venue name
  • Address
  • Virtual link (for online events)

Visibility Settings

  • Public or private event
  • Hide event host name from event page
  • Hide Attendee guest list from event page
  • Hide share button from event page

Additional Settings

Billing Address

Require a billing address from attendees on checkout.

Questionaire

Add custom questions that attendees will need to answer before checkout.

Terms of Service

Add a terms of service agreement to your event.

Donations

Accept donations from attendees.

Event Artists

Use Add Artist to add performers. You can import a profile from Spotify (name and top tracks appear on the event page) or add an artist manually with name, profile picture, and social link.
  • Edit — Click to change their details.
  • Delete — Remove an artist from the lineup.
  • Ordering — Drag the dots on the left of a row to reorder. Artists appear on the event page in table order, top to bottom.

Delete Event

Clicking the Delete button will remove your event from the platform. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone, so please proceed with caution.
