Your event flyer is the main image that appears at the top of your event page. Choose an eye-catching image that represents your event well. We recommend a 1:1 aspect ratio.

Upload Flyer

  1. Click “Edit Flyer” button
  2. Upload image
  3. Crop and adjust as needed
  4. Save changes

Image Requirements

  • File types: JPG, PNG
  • Max file size: 5MB
  • Aspect ratio: 1:1 recommended

Theme Colors

Theme Color

Select from color picker or enter hex code (e.g. #000000) to set your event’s main color. This color will be used for buttons and other accents.

Text Color

Select text overlay color. For best readability, use black text on light backgrounds and white text on dark backgrounds.

YouTube Videos

Embed videos from YouTube to give attendees a better feel for your event.

  1. Click Add YouTube Video text box
  2. Paste YouTube URL into the text input
  3. Save changes

Videos will automatically adjust to match your page width. For best results, use landscape-oriented videos with good quality.
