Sending Mass Emails

Custom email domain (optional)

By default, mass emails go out from a PeerPop address (for example, you@peerpop.io). That works for every organizer—no setup required.If you connect your own domain, recipients see mail from your brand (for example, you@yourbrand.com) instead. You add your domain once in Settings, copy a few DNS records from PeerPop into your domain host, and wait for verification (sometimes up to a day).Until the domain shows Verified, sends still use the PeerPop address so nothing breaks mid-campaign.

Select Recipients

Choose who receives the email:
  • Select individual recipients with checkboxes
  • Use header checkbox to select all
  • View selected count

Click Mass Emails

Click the Mass Emails button to compose your message.

Compose Email

  • Include event description
  • Add event link
  • Add a subject
  • Add a preview text for the email
Use our rich text editor to format your email:
  • Text styling
  • Images
  • Links
  • Tables
  • Embeds
  • Custom HTML

Send Emails

Click Send Test Email button to send a test email to your own email.Click Send Emails button to send your message.
